The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student who is eager to join our Advisory team in Denmark. This role offers hands-on experience in supporting the delivery of complex projects and programmes through support to our Design and Project managers and supporting with the provision of business advisory services.

As a Project Management Student Assistant in Arup Denmark, you will be responsible for:

• Support in the day-to-day delivery of client-side project management services.

• Support our Project and Design Managers in their stakeholder management.

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project schedules and project budget.

• Support with financial modelling and analysis

• Help shape our implementation of our digital agenda and drive the automation of our services.

• Assist in the preparation of specifications, proposals, and other documentation under supervision

Does this role inspire you?

We're looking for a student who is passionate about project management. We also value:

• Students who are in their 1st or 2nd semester of master's degree.

• Good communications skills verbally and written in English and Danish or any other Scandinavian language.

• Solution oriented and independent way of working.

• A passion for sustainable development.

• Previous experience in a relevant field would be beneficial but not essential.
