Are you detail-oriented, structured, and eager to learn about supply chain processes in an international company? We are looking for a student assistant to support our Supply Planning & Execution team with certificate handling and recurring operational tasks.
About The Job
As our new student assistant, you will work approximately 10–12 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing to 15 hours. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth processes in our Supply Planning & Execution department and will mainly assist with handling import and export certificates and work closely with colleagues across functions.
Your key tasks will be:
- Manage, organize, and archive documents to ensure easy access and compliance.
- Pick up Import and Export certificates at the reception/pigeonhole.
- Deliver "Valid for one shipment Import" to PI purchasing, "pair" Copy/Third party with the order and prepare the certificate for registration in AX.
- Scan and make a copy of Export upon receipt from LMST. Inform sales support/Gate and prepare Export/Import set for further processing (link in AX and delivery).
- Monthly control of used/unused PI certificates, quarterly control of open certificates and archiving certificates.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks to support the team.
You will report to Marc Godtfredsen and become part of the Supply Planning & Execution department.
Who are you?
We expect you to be enrolled in a degree program within a relevant field (e.g., business, supply chain, or related studies) and have at least 2-3 years remaining in your studies.
You are structured, reliable, and able to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
You thrive in a dynamic environment and can manage deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
We're looking for someone who:
- Are comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Are fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken.
- Bring a proactive mindset and a positive attitude to your work.
