is a leading Professional Services Automation (PSA) software, dedicated to helping professional service organizations streamline business processes and boost productivity. TimeLog fills the GAP between Project Managers and the Finance Department in the consulting business, empowering Project Managers to manage project financials in a way compliant with the requirements set by finance.

Your mission
Be the bridge between Product, Marketing, and Revenue. Translate what we build into clear, commercial stories that drive growth, adoption, and pride.

You'll be setting up the craft foundation for how we bring our product to the market. You'll ensure every release is commercially ready - with the right positioning, pricing logic, and go-to-market clarity. While the overall pricing and packaging framework sits with the CPTO, you'll help shape it - working with Finance and Revenue Operations on structure and profitability, and with Marketing to ensure our pricing and value story resonate in the market.

What You'll Do

  • Product-to-Market Storytelling
  • Turn our product roadmap and customer value drops into compelling customer stories for our focus industries.
  • Build messaging and positioning frameworks that connect product value to market impact.
  • Partner with Marketing to bring stories to life - you own the what and why, Marketing owns the how and where.
  • Go-to-Market & Commercial Readiness
  • Ensure every value drop is commercially ready with clear positioning, messaging, and pricing logic aligned to the CPTO's framework.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Revenue to translate pricing logic into execution.
  • Provide market and customer insights that shape pricing and packaging evolution.
  • Prepare launch briefs, internal enablement, and competitive positioning assets.
  • Enable Growth & Conversion
  • Provide messaging frameworks, narratives, and proof points for sales enablement.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales Enablement to ensure all assets reflect product value and differentiation accurately.
  • Competitive Intelligence & Market Insights
  • Own competitive intelligence for pricing, positioning, and feature differentiation.
  • Maintain and share a live competitor matrix across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Use insights to influence roadmap priorities, pricing validation, and messaging.

Who You Are
Experience & Technical Skills

  • An experienced PMM with a strong grasp of the craft - capable of developing the
  • product marketing discipline at TimeLog.
  • A strategic storyteller who connects product details with market impact.
  • Experienced in SaaS, ideally within B2B or transformation-stage environments.
  • Curious and quick to learn new domains - you don't need to be a PSA or consultancy expert from day one, but you can understand the world of project-based businesses fast.
  • You're comfortable working with - and communicating to - consultants, advisors, and other project-driven professionals.
  • Comfortable with pricing logic, packaging, and go-to-market execution.
  • Collaborative by nature, bridging Product and Marketing seamlessly.
  • Fluent in English and skilled at crafting clear, value-driven content.

What success looks like (6–12 months)

  • A clear, repeatable product-to-market rhythm.
  • Shared value narrative and pricing logic across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Product releases that drive measurable adoption and ARR growth.
  • PD, Marketing, and Revenue working as one aligned growth engine.
  • The PMM craft firmly established as a strategic capability within TimeLog.
