Role Description

Are you passionate about ERP transformations that truly change how businesses work? We are expanding our Copenhagen team and are looking for talented ERP professionals at multiple levels – from experienced senior consultants to Principal Consultants and Directors leading large, complex ERP transformations.

Whether your expertise lies deep in SAP configuration or shaping ERP strategy at C-level, you'll join a growing consultancy where impact, trust, and flexibility go hand in hand.

What you'll do:

Working within this service offering, you will help leading companies succeed with ERP – from design to delivery. Our approach is agnostic, seeking to provide the best solution tailored to each customer's specific needs. Depending on your level of experience, you may:

• Lead or contribute to ERP (e.g. SAP, Dynamics, Oracle) transformation projects.
• Advise clients and helping define project scope, business needs and long-term ERP strategy
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
• Lead system and vendor selection processes, including RFP management and facilitation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge business and technology, translating between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of ERP systems, recommending enhancements as needed.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Drive ERP-related projects (SAP, Dynamics, Oracle), for example, selection processes and business analyses.
• Prepare high quality deliverables independently
• Take responsibility for specific project areas (e.g. budget, planning, quality checks)
• Deliver confidently on projects with evolving complexity and operates as a trusted project team member.

Qualifications:

• Relevant master's degree (for example, , , )
• Relevant experience working directly with ERP systems
• Strong understanding of ERP software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Great analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• The motivation and drive to specialise in ERP on-going.
• Strong communication skills in both Danish and English (written and spoken).
• Experience working as an external consultant is a big plus

nts and Directors

What you'll do:

• Lead large-scale ERP transformations.
• Advise C-level stakeholders on ERP strategy and roadmap
• Ensure delivery excellence across multiple workstreams.
• Drive business development and client relationships
• Mentor and grow the team within this service offering.

Qualifications:

• Relevant master's degree (for example, , , )
• Experience as an external management consultant with a focus on ERP systems (+6 years)
• Strong understanding of ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Great analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills in both Danish and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
