Join us as a Social & Creative Intern, where you'll gain hands-on experience in both the media and creative sides of the advertising world.

About The Internship
You'll split your time between two of our business:

Social Department (2/3 of your time)
Dive into the world of
influencer marketing
, where you'll:

• Help identify and evaluate creators across platforms
• Support campaign setup, outreach, and execution
• Monitor performance and pull together insights
• Research emerging platforms, creators, and social trends

Creative Agency (1/3 of your time)
Get a front-row seat to the
creative development process
, including:

• Assisting with brainstorming sessions and idea development
• Preparing creative presentations and visual references
• Supporting project workflows and internal reviews

What You'll Learn
Our internship is designed to help you grow. We will be flexible around the framework of your internship according to your profile, but you can expect to be introduced to:

• End-to-end campaign processes: from planning to execution
• Influencer marketing tools, metrics, and best practices
• The creative production process in an agency setting
• Budgeting, project management, and trend forecasting
• Introduction to the commercial mindset in marketing
• Creative development both focused on execution and concepting
• Feedback-driven development through your personal OKRs
• Real-life campaign cases and final project presentation skills

Who We're Looking For

• You're currently enrolled in a relevant education
• Enthusiastic about influencer marketing and creative work
• Social media fluent and trend-aware
• Organized, collaborative, and open to feedback
• Strong communicator in Danish and English
• Eager to learn and contribute to real projects
• Able to work from the Copenhagen office 4 days per week.
• Bonus points if you've worked on social content or creative projects before

Internship Details
To be eligible for the internship at Publicis Groupe Denmark, you will be required to be based in Denmark and enrolled at a University.

The duration of the internship is expected to be somewhere between 3-6 months, with the weekly hours being somewhere between 30-37 to accommodate for any academic assignments. This will be discussed in more detail throughout the recruitment process.

The internship is unpaid in accordance with our internship policy.
