Om rollen | Head of Contract & Vendor Management

Som Head of Contract & Vendor Management får du ansvaret for at opbygge og vedligeholde stærke leverandørrelationer på executive-niveau og drive strategiske dialoger, der understøtter Trygs IT-samarbejder. Du etablerer governance-strukturer både internt og eksternt, som sikrer en effektiv styring af samarbejdet og skaber transparens i beslutningsprocesser.

Du leder og udvikler CVM-teamet med fokus på performanceoptimering og forretningsværdi på tværs af organisationen. Rollen kræver en resultatorienteret tilgang med fokus på innovation, omkostningsoptimering og kontinuerlige forbedringer.

Du skal kunne forhandle med leverandører med henblik på at skabe langvarige partnerskaber, omsætte kontraktvilkår, SLA'er, KPI'er og risikoelementer til operationel praksis, og sikre at økonomi, afregningsmodeller og leverandørperformance styres med henblik på at realisere kontraktens fulde værdi.

Derudover bliver du ansvarlig for at lede transitioner og forandringsprocesser, sikre klar governance og kommunikation, samt agere som primært eskalationspunkt i kritiske situationer. Du motiverer og leder afdelingen med et klart fokus på samarbejde og udvikling.

Dit team består af 12 medarbejdere med ansvar for demand management, performance management, cost management, contract management, risk & compliance samt governance. Du vil samarbejde tæt med Trygs IT-organisation. Du får ansvaret for facilitere dialogen med alle strategiske IT-leverandører og skal sikre den rette governance i disse samarbejder. Endelig skal du etablere et tæt samarbejde med centrale Group Functions såsom Legal, Finance, Risk og Procurement.

Vi værdsætter forskellige baggrunde, uddannelser og erfaringer. Det vigtigste er, at du har dybdegående viden om IT-outsourcing, partnerskaber, SLA- og kontraktstyring samt ledelse og samarbejde. Erfaring med at drive og styre større internationale partnerskaber er en fordel.

Du har stærk forretningsforståelse og empati, og du formår at skabe samarbejde på tværs af udvikling, drift, sikkerhed og forretning. Du er en drivende kraft, der får andre med dig, og du agerer som kulturel ambassadør, der skaber udvikling og tryghed omkring dig.
