What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Content Marketing Manager within our Corpay One division and is in Copenhagen, Denmark.
In this role, you will own and develop Corpay One's brand voice and storytelling across all channels, creating scalable, high-performing content that drives engagement, conversion, and brand awareness. You'll transform growth strategies into compelling, customer-centric storytelling that resonates emotionally and commercially with key audiences.
You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and regularly collaborate with the growth, product, and leadership teams to ensure all content aligns with business goals and brand identity.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment.
Corpay Will Set You Up For Success By Providing
- Assigned workspace in our Copenhagen office

Role Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Supporting lead generation goals by producing high-performing content that drives engagement, conversion, and brand awareness.
- Brand Voice & Narrative: Owning and developing Corpay One's voice and storytelling across all channels.
- Content Creation: Creating scalable content formats including blogs, guides, videos, thought leadership, and social.
- Social Media & Community Management: Planning, creating, and managing organic social content across platforms (Meta, google, etc.) and actively engage with followers to build a vibrant, professional community around the Corpay One brand.
Audience-Centric Narratives: Building distinct narratives for our two core audiences:
SMEs → time-saving, simplicity, ease of use.
Advisors → control, professionalism, billable value.
Creative Campaigns: Partnering with the Head of Marketing to translate growth strategies into creative campaigns with measurable impact.
- Emotional Resonance: Bring a strong mix of copywriting, video, and customer-first creative thinking to ensure campaigns perform and connect.
Customer Insight:
Leverage a deep understanding of how customers talk and operate to shape authentic communication.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in creating content
- Fluency in Danish and English
- Strong background in content marketing, copywriting, and storytelling
- Proven ability to adapt brand voice and messaging across multiple audiences and channels
- Experience managing and growing social media presence and communities
- Ability to create diverse content formats (written, visual, video) that scale
- Creative thinker comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
- Collaborative approach with experience working closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services preferred
- Curious, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset
