 Your role at Cheffelo

As Search Specialist, you'll take on a key role in the Growth Team, working closely with the Head of Media, Channel Lead, and the rest of the team to develop and execute effective campaigns for Cheffelo's brands. You'll be our expert across the search ecosystem—Google, Bing, AI Search, and other platforms—and have primary responsibility for strategic planning, setup, activation, optimization, analysis, and reporting of paid search campaigns. You'll also take an active part in developing Cheffelo's digital visibility together with SEO and website experts, and contribute to dynamic optimization and ongoing updates of digital processes.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement paid search strategies in collaboration with the Channel Lead

Ensure optimal planning, buying, activation, and reporting for paid search and display activities across the customer journey

Analyze and evaluate campaigns against marketing objectives and KPIs

Drive A/B testing and lift studies together with the Channel Lead and Analytics team

Implement and maintain strong routines and processes for search and display management

Manage campaigns using self-service and third-party tools (e.g., Smartly)

Explore and identify digital innovations and opportunities within search to strengthen our visibility

Collaborate with Growth and Analytics to improve investments through Geo Lift, incrementality analyses, and marketing mix modeling

 Who are you?

3–5 years of experience with paid search, from either agency or client side

Higher education in marketing, communication, or similar field

Experience from subscription-based services in the Nordics is a plus

Deep analytical mindset and accustomed to using data for campaign design and optimization

Experienced with self-service and third-party search platforms (e.g., Smartly)

Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams

Fluent in English, with knowledge of a Scandinavian language being an advantage

Responsible, detail-oriented and enjoys challenging established solutions
