Restaurant Teaterkælderen under Det Ny Teater søger en erfaren og ansvarsbevidst senior-inspektør/floor manager til fuldtid/deltid med tiltrædelse snarest muligt.

Om stillingen

Som senior-inspektør får du en central rolle i den daglige drift af restauranten og er med til at sikre, at vores gæster altid modtages med venlighed, nærvær og professionel betjening.

Du fungerer som floormanager/shiftmanager under service og har ansvar for at:

  • sikre et højt serviceniveau og en god atmosfære for gæsterne
  • lede og koordinere personalet under service
  • bistå ved planlægning og afvikling af arrangementer
  • varetage praktiske og administrative opgaver i samarbejde med restaurantchefen

Arbejdstiden ligger hovedsageligt om eftermiddagen og aftenen , særligt i forbindelse med teatrets forestillinger.

Senior Inspector / Floor Manager

Restaurant Teaterkælderen at Det Ny Teater is seeking an experienced and responsible Senior Inspector / Floor Manager for a full-time/part-time position, with start as soon as possible .

About the role

As Senior Inspector, you will play a central part in the restaurant's daily operations and help ensure that our guests are always received with warmth, attention, and professional service.

You will act as floor manager/shift manager during service and be responsible for:

  • ensuring a high level of service and a pleasant atmosphere for guests
  • leading and coordinating staff during service
  • assisting with the planning and execution of events
  • handling practical and administrative tasks in collaboration with the restaurant manager

Working hours are primarily afternoons and evenings , especially in connection with the theatre's performances.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

  • has solid experience from the restaurant, hotel, or theatre sector
  • maintains overview and composure in busy situations
  • has leadership experience and strong collaboration skills
  • takes pride in high quality, a respectful tone, and proper guest service
