Om rollen
Account Executive er ansvarlig for at skabe nye forretningsmuligheder og udvikle eksisterende kunderelationer i deres område. Dette inkluderer håndtering af kundeacquisitionsprocessen fra lead til afslutning samt aktiv opbygning af pipeline, samtidig med at kortsigtede resultater leveres.
Målet med Account Executive-rollen er ultimativt at hjælpe os med at nå vores mål for kundeopbygning og omsætningsvækst i området.
Hovedansvarsområder:
- Opnå månedlige / kvartalsvise mål ved at skabe nye muligheder og sælge vores løsninger til nye kunder.
- Administrere hele salgsprocessen for nye kunder fra lead til lukning og sikre levering mod nøgletal.
- Pipeline-udvikling via en kombination af kold kanvas, e-mailkampagner og markedsnetværk / branchekendskab.
- Skabe kortsigtede resultater samtidig med fokus på langsigtet omsætningsmaksimering.
- Daglig opdatering af CRM med korrekt kunde- og pipelinedata.
- Nøjagtig månedlig forecast og leveringsopfølgning.
- Erfaring med salg af softwareløsninger, især inden for køkken- og badeindustrien, er en fordel.
Nødvendige kompetencer
- Salgsrepræsentant med fokus på nysalg – ideelt med erfaring i at støtte små til mellemstore virksomheder.
- Evne til effektivt at håndtere et defineret salgsområde, inkl. identifikation og prioritering af målgrupper samt allokering af ressourcer.
- Kompetence til at styre hele salgsprocessen fra leadgenerering til afslutning. Dette inkluderer evner inden for prospektering, kvalificering, produktdemonstrationer, kontraktforhandling og lukning af aftaler.
- Stærke forhandlingsevner for at optimere omsætning samtidig med kundetilfredshed og -fastholdelse.
- Dokumenteret erfaring med at opnå salgs- og KPI-mål månedligt og kvartalsvist.
- Fremragende mundtlige og skriftlige kommunikationsevner.
- En proaktiv og resultatorienteret tilgang.
- Gode færdigheder i opbygning og vedligeholdelse af kunderelationer – både med eksisterende kunder og nye prospekter.
- Flydende engelsk er et krav.
- Beherskelse af dansk er et krav.
- Vi vil også overveje andre nordiske sprog samt hollandsk.
Ønskede kompetencer
- Kendskab til CRM-systemer (fx Salesforce), Microsoft Office og andre produktivitetsværktøjer til håndtering af kundedata, forecast og rapportering.
- God forståelse for køkken- og badeindustrien, inkl. branchetrends, konkurrenter og nøgleaktører.
- Evne til at analysere markedstendenser, konkurrentaktiviteter og kundeinput for at identificere vækstmuligheder.
- Stærke organisatoriske evner – håndtering af flere konti, prioritering af opgaver og konsekvent overholdelse af deadlines.

About the role
The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business opportunities and developing existing customer relationships within their territory. This includes managing the customer acquisition process from lead to close and actively developing pipeline whilst delivering short-term results.
The Account Executive role is to ultimately help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets within their territory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Meet monthly / quarterly targets by driving new opportunities and successfully selling our solutions into new accounts.
- Manage the entire new business sales process from lead to close, to ensure delivery against key performance metrics
- Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge / networking.
- Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
- Daily update of CRM with accurate customer and pipeline data
- Accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery
- Experience in selling software solutions, especially in the kitchen and bathroom industries, would be advantageous.
Required Skills
- Sales representative with a focus on new business sales, ideally supporting small to medium-sized companies.
- Ability to effectively manage a designated territory, including identifying and prioritizing target accounts and allocating resources accordingly.
- Proficiency in managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closure. This includes skills in prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Proficiency in negotiating terms and pricing with customers to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs monthly and quarterly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Strong skills in building and nurturing customer relationships, both with existing clients and new prospects.
- Fluency in English is required
- Proficiency in Danish is required
- We will consider other Nordic languages, as well as Dutch
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce), Microsoft Office suite, and other sales productivity tools is beneficial for managing customer data, forecasting, and reporting.
- A good understanding of the kitchen and bathroom industries, including knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and key stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Strong organizational skills, managing multiple accounts, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines consistently.
