Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and coordinate the end-to-end bid process for large-scale public sector projects.
  • Develop bid strategies, identify opportunities, and ensure alignment with company objectives and client requirements.
  • Work closely with sales, products, technical, and legal teams to deliver high-quality, compliant proposals.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of RFPs, RFIs, and other tender documentation.
  • Analyze bid requirements and manage risk assessments to maximize win rates.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Danish public procurement landscape.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all bid submissions and post-bid reviews for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in bid management, proposal writing, or public tender processes, preferably within the public sector.
  • Excellent project management and / or organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills in both Danish and English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and under tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Familiarity with digital solutions for the public sector is a plus.
