We are now looking for a Senior Supply Chain Strategy Manager who will be supporting the implementation of Arla's global supply chain network strategy, as a direct report to the Supply Chain Strategy & Business Development Director.

How You Will Make An Impact
This position offers you an excellent opportunity to work with strategy and business development directly with the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team and other senior leaders across the organisation. Your primary role will be to support the agenda set out by Arla's global Supply Chain Strategy Director across the following tasks

• Supply Chain Network Strategy Contribute to creating and executing the supply chain network strategy across our Europe and International zones. This involves setting clear goals for value creation and establishing a road map and process for implementation
• Project Scoping Scope high priority network projects, with an emphasis on fostering growth and streamlining operations
• Yearly Business Planning support the annual business planning process for the Supply Chain organisation, structure and facilitate leadership team meetings, and support the creation of executive presentations at both group and market level
• Supply Chain Strategy Support Supply Chain Strategy implementation as part of our corporate strategy, with a focus on network optimisation, sustainability, quality, environment, health, and safety, among other crucial areas

You will report directly to the Supply Chain Strategy & Business Development Director and be part of the SC Strategy & BD team which is based in our Strategy and Business Development department in Viby. The SC Strategy & BD team is a newly established team with significant opportunities to truly impact our business as we are working on the most critical strategic projects across the full value chain. We have a strong focus on each colleague's skills and career development journey, and this role will give you a great foundation for your continuous career at Arla.

What Will Make You Successful
We are looking for someone who ideally has consultancy or business development experience combined with a solid educational background probably within finance, business or supply chain. In order to be successful in this role, it is an advantage to have experience from parts of the strategy & BD consulting toolbox (e.g. business case development, structured problem solving, defining strategic options, structured communication, project and program management skills). Experience or passion for supply chain would be an added bonus. Furthermore, strong commands of PowerPoint and Excel and fluency in English are key prerequisites for delivering in this role.
