We are seeking an experienced IFS Cloud Solution Architect for a major IFS Cloud implementation, focusing on Field Service Management (FSM), Project Service Operations (PSO), and Workforce Management (WFM). You will lead the solution design and delivery of these workstreams, ensuring alignment with IFS Cloud best practices while engaging closely with client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead solution architecture and design for IFS Cloud FSM, PSO, and WFM modules.
  • Run workshops to capture and validate business requirements.
  • Map current and future-state processes and translate them into effective IFS Cloud configurations.
  • Oversee integrations, data migration, and reporting design.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Support testing, cutover, and early-life support phases.
  • Ensure adherence to IFS Cloud standards and project timelines.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect on IFS Cloud implementation projects.
  • Deep knowledge of IFS FSM, PSO, and WFM.
  • Strong understanding of field service operations, project services, and workforce scheduling.
  • Confident in leading workshops and engaging stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Available to work 2-3 days per week on-site in Copenhagen.
