Work in the heart of mobility and integration

In this role, you will be a trusted advisor supporting DSV's international workforce. You will coordinate relocations to and from Denmark, handle immigration and compliance tasks, and collaborate closely with stakeholders across HR, Global Mobility, Hiring Managers, Relocated Employees, and external vendors.

Manage the full relocation process and support global HR operations

You will take ownership of relocations and transfers to and from Denmark—ensuring a smooth transition for employees, handling immigration and compliance, and supporting wider People & Organisation (P&O) activities.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage employee relocations to and from Denmark, including permits, subsidies, and posted worker administration
• Maintain DSV's status as a certified fast-track company for work permits and issuing business invitations for international visitors
• Update employee records in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and stay abreast of current immigration and relocation legislation
• Support global P&O Business Partners with benchmarking, reporting (headcount, turnover, diversity), executive file updates, and cross-functional projects with Finance and Payroll
• Provide guidance and support to the DSV organization on relocation‑related matters

You are a skilled mobility and HR professional

With your strong foundation in relocation and HR, you will bring structure, proactivity, and cross-cultural finesse to the role. And you know that you will thrive in a dynamic setting with multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities.

In addition, we imagine that you:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
• Have experience in relocation, immigration, or global mobility processes
• Understand Danish work permit regulations and are familiar with HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors
• Communicate fluently in Danish and English
