Role Overview

We are looking for a
Senior IT Project Manager with strong SAP EWM implementation experience
, particularly within production or manufacturing environments. The role is responsible for leading one or more SAP EWM deployments, ensuring high-quality execution, proactive risk management, and clear stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage SAP EWM deployments at production sites
  • Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timeline, resources, budget, and deliverables
  • Oversee execution and monitoring to ensure milestones are met on time and within scope
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation and back-to-green actions
  • Provide clear and structured status reporting to stakeholders
  • Manage deployment teams and coordinate cross-functional activities
  • Ensure business readiness for execution, go-live, and operations
  • Ensure quality standards are met across all deliverables
  • Maintain complete project documentation (plans, reports, logs)
  • Manage handover to Operations & Maintenance teams after hypercare

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience managing
    SAP EWM implementations
  • Proven IT Project Management experience in manufacturing or technology environments
  • Experience managing deployments at production sites
  • Solid understanding of SAP EWM and surrounding IT landscapes
  • Strong risk management, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
  • Documented track record with references
  • Ability to lead multiple implementations in parallel
