We're now looking for a Country Lead in Denmark.
Your mission
As Country Lead, your mission is to take full ownership of Bruce Studios' growth and success in your market – across both partner network and member base. You will act as the local hub between partners, marketing, and product, ensuring that Bruce Studios adapts to local needs while reaching ambitious member and financial goals.
You will be responsible for building and optimizing the partner network, ensuring profitability, driving localized brand initiatives, and leading a high-performing team. Your goal is clear: make Bruce Studios the #1 partner for studios, gyms, and wellness providers while securing long-term growth in Denmark.
What you´ll do
- Take full ownership of the studio and wellness supply in your country, ensuring both breadth and quality across categories.
- Lead, inspire, attract and develop the Danish team through clear goal setting, structured follow-ups, and continuous coaching.
- Lead negotiations and maintain strategic relationships with key partners, including gym chains and other studios.
- Drive profitability by monitoring payouts, occupancy, and member demand, ensuring we meet gross margin and studio-NPS goals.
- Take full commercial ownership for your market – act as the local orchestrator for Bruce Studios in Denmark, ensuring growth of the member base.
- Lead ongoing dialogues with central Marketing and Product teams to adapt campaigns, activations, and product offering to local needs. Drive execution and follow-up to make sure commercial goals are met.
- Support localized marketing initiatives – from campaigns and ambassadors to events and PR – in close collaboration with the central Marketing team.
- Ensure strong local execution of Go-To-Market plans for new studio launches and category expansion.
- Share market insights and collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Product, Data, and Support to improve partner and member experience.
- Represent your country in Nordic leadership forums and report directly to the Head of Global Partners.
What we want you to bring
We are looking for a commercially driven and people-oriented leader with a proven track record in building business and teams. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrive in a fast-moving environment where you are accountable for both results and culture.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales and leadership – ideally within partnerships, business development, or a commercial role in a growth company.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team – with a track record of coaching individuals to perform at their best.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, profitability (P&L), and driving towards ambitious KPIs.
- Negotiation skills and confidence in building strategic, long-term relationships with partners at all levels.
- A data-driven mindset – comfortable working with dashboards, KPIs, and insights to make decisions and drive growth.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate big-picture goals into local execution and tangible results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – able to represent Bruce Studios confidently in both partner meetings and internal leadership forums.
- Fluency in both Danish and English is required.
- Proven ability to drive local market growth across both supply and demand – collaborating with central Marketing and Product teams to tailor campaigns, activations, and offerings to local needs.
