Impact Fund Denmark is Denmark's development finance institution, investing in sustainable solutions that create measurable impact in developing countries. While headquartered in Copenhagen, our work extends across more than 45 countries, supported by six regional offices and unite 24 nationalities under one purpose.

The Technology & Operations team is expanding to 26 professionals, including specialists in processes, architecture, data, and security. Here, you will join a team of experienced and collaborative professionals who are eager to share knowledge and support each other across disciplines.

You will report to the SVP of Technology & Operations.

You set the direction for our digital backbone

You will lead the design of the architecture of Impact Fund Denmark's complex transition from Oracle to Dynamics 365 – a business-critical platform that anchors our global operations. Your deep technical insight ensures that the development team has the tools, direction and clarity they need to succeed.

You will influence both implementation and long-term IT strategy, as you translate complex business needs into secure, scalable solutions. You will be setting standards for development and sometimes be hands-on yourself in developing the solutions. Along the way, you will work closely with the Head of IT, our cloud architect, and various business stakeholders.

You will, for example:

• Design the full architecture for our Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Dynamics Sales, F&O, Power platform, Fabric, Copilot etc.), ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
• Define and enforce best practices for development, deployment, and documentation
• Lead and build integrations across Azure, M365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Fabric, and other SaaS systems
• Collaborate closely with the developers, cloud architect, data team, and business process owners to deliver value-driven and AI-based solutions
• Ensure that governance, compliance, and security are embedded into all technical designs
• Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for the IT organization

You bring depth, direction, and domain experience

With your solid background in software development and system architecture, you understand how to turn technical complexity into structured, long-term solutions. You bring strong knowledge of Microsoft's enterprise stack and experience navigating the regulated environments of the financial sector.

We imagine that you:

• Hold a relevant degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft enterprise tools: Azure, Dynamics 365, M365, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Fabric
• Bring experience with ERP migration and Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales, F&O, SCM)
• Have worked with integrations, data migration, process automation and AI at scale
• Understand IT governance, data protection, and compliance from financial sector projects
