En del af en central supportfunktion i Norlys Tech HUB

Du bliver en del af Norlys Tech HUB, som er en fælles funktion, der supporterer på tværs af Norlys' selskaber. Du bliver desuden en del af afdelingen Service Management, som foruden denne stilling blandt andet rummer Incident-, Change- og Request Managers, hvor I er ansvarlige procesejere for hver jeres område.

Sæt standarden for datakvalitet og konfigurationsstyring

Som Configuration Manager får du en central rolle i at sikre datakvalitet og effektiv drift af vores konfigurationsstyring. Du arbejder tæt sammen med Configuration Manageren og relevante procesejere for at optimere processer og sikre høj kvalitet i vores CMDB. Med fokus på automatisering og løbende forbedringer er du med til at styrke fundamentet for vores IT-drift.

Dine opgaver vil blandt andet være at:

  • Følge op på KPI'er som compliance, korrekthed og datakvalitet.
  • Håndtere duplikationer og sikre korrekt registrering af Configuration Items.
  • Gennemgå og kvalitetssikre dataimport på daglig basis.
  • Samarbejde med procesejere inden for bl.a. Incident, Problem og Change Management.
  • Identificere og implementere automatiseringer, der styrker CMDB-processerne.

Bring din CMDB-erfaring i spil

For at få succes i rollen, er det vigtigt, at du har en solid teknisk baggrund kombineret med stærke samarbejds- og kommunikationsevner. Du har erfaring med IT Service Management og CMDB-platforme -gerne ServiceNow, og du trives i et miljø, hvor struktur, kvalitet og samarbejde er i fokus. Din evne til at arbejde selvstændigt, samtidig med at du bidrager aktivt til teamets fælles mål, er afgørende for at lykkes i rollen.

Vi ser gerne, at du har:

  • Dokumenteret erfaring med CMDB fra en lignende rolle.
  • Kendskab til ITSM-værktøjer og CMDB-platforme - gerne ServiceNow og CSDM-modellen.
  • Gode samarbejdsevner og evnen til at arbejde selvstændigt og struktureret.
  • Stærke kommunikationsevner på både dansk og engelsk - skriftligt og mundtligt.
  • En positiv, analytisk og engageret tilgang, hvor du trives i et dynamisk miljø og bidrager aktivt til fællesskabet.
