Role Description

We're looking for a Creative AI Specialist who knows how to push AI models to their limits. Someone who loves tweaking settings, prompts, workarounds, and small production details to make AI-generated content reach the 100% quality level our customers expect.

This role sits at the intersection of content creation, AI model knowledge, and creative problem-solving, working closely with brands in retail, gaming, furniture, architecture, lifestyle and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Fine-tune and optimize AI generations (image, video, 3D) to meet enterprise-level quality standards.
  • Adjust prompts, model settings, seeds, and advanced parameters to get consistent, high-quality outputs.
  • Use pre- and post-production workarounds to fix details and close the last 10–20% gap between AI output and customer expectations.
  • Test and evaluate the newest AI models across the market (image, video, 3D).
  • Build repeatable workflows that teams can use for generating content at scale.
  • Collaborate with retail, gaming, architecture, and creative teams on real brand use cases.
  • Document best practices, prompt templates, and quality guidelines.
  • Identify limitations of models and create practical solutions to overcome them.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of how different creative AI models behave
  • Experience in creative production: image editing, film post-production, 3D workflows, or marketing content creation.
  • Natural curiosity, you love experimenting with new models, settings, and hacks.
  • Process-driven mindset: you enjoy building clean and repeatable workflows.
  • Strong eye for visual quality, composition, lighting, and realism.
  • Ability to work across industries with different quality and brand expectations.
  • Comfortable collaborating with customers and translating their needs into concrete AI solutions.
