Description

Our Finance and Operations team are an integral part of the business. The team works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that day-to-day functions at ReD Associates are managed and maintained to a high standard.

We are seeking a Finance Student Assistant to join the Copenhagen office:

  • Experienced or expert user in Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented with an aptitude for working with numbers
  • Ability to learn new systems
  • Independent, proactive and easy-going
  • Ability to ensure confidentiality and discretion in all manners
  • A natural communicator who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Applicants must be fluent in both Danish and English

For this position, we can only accept applicants with a valid working permit in Denmark.

The Finance Student Assistant, along with the Finance Director will be the main point of contact for finance related matters. The key responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing the creditor handling & approval process + accounting flow in Corpay/ E-conomics
  • Ensuring manual settlements are completed in a timely manner
  • Monthly cost categorization for budget follow-up
  • Processing travel expenses and PLEO accounting
  • Managing bank reconciliations
  • Producing and reviewing cashflow forecast
  • Ensuring ongoing settlements and handling of open items regarding balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Monthly VAT reporting/ settlements
  • Supporting internal stakeholders on any other ad hoc requests
