At 3Shape, we're on an ambitious journey. Our new strategy sets a clear direction for growth, innovation, and impact – and we're looking for a Head of Corporate Communication who can help bring it to life. This is not a "classic comms role." You'll be working side-by-side with the CEO and leadership team, turning strategy into stories, messages into meaning, and ideas into action. You'll advise, challenge, and enable some of the brightest minds in medtech – making sure our communication inspires the same innovation and energy that drives our technology. Together, you'll shape how 3Shape speaks to the world – and to itself.
In this role you will:
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive clear, authentic, and strategic communication.
- Translate our strategy into engaging stories and experiences that connect across audiences and channels.
- Strengthen leadership communication capabilities across the business.
- Lead a small, yet impactful, communication team in Denmark and drive a global community
- Lead corporate communication activities, including media, internal, and change communication.
- Co-own employer branding and internal communication with People & Culture.
- Oversee the annual report and other corporate deliverables.
You Bring:
- Experience leading communications in a global organization, with a strategic mindset.
- Confidence in advising and challenging senior leaders
- Experience leading a small, high-performing team.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills across a variety of channels.
- Experience with annual reports and corporate communications at a senior level.
- Native-level fluency in English; Danish is a plus not a must.
