You Will Join Group Reporting

Group Reporting oversees financial controlling across more than 35 countries, managing approximately DKK 18 billion in revenue and 100 reporting companies. You'll join Group Reporting as part of Corporate Finance within Ramboll's global finance organization. The team's focus is on maintaining current high standards while adopting a strategic and proactive approach moving forward, and you'll be part of a truly international and dynamic company.

Your Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and participate in monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to Group Executive Board and Group Board of Directors
• Perform dedicated financial controlling of the reporting from our subsidiaries to ensure correct numbers and high reporting quality
• Own and be responsible for Ramboll's accounting manual
• Participate in describing and improving good internal controls in finance and reporting processes and enhance the documentation of the identified risks and controls
• Prepare guidelines and instructions on accounting treatment of special or significant accounting items
• Support and expand the current use of IT as an enabler in work processes
• Assist the local finance team with issues, projects and application of group accounting policies
• Participate in ESG and, particularly, EU Green Taxonomy reporting
• Support Group functions and management with ad hoc analyses and participate in the many projects in Finance.

For this role, we believe your starting point includes:

• You have a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (HDR), or similar.
• You have relevant work experience within finance or auditing from large international accounting firms or from international companies/groups in a similar group reporting role.
• You are structured with analytical skills and meet deadlines.
• You are familiar with DKGAAP.
• You must be an advanced user of Excel, be familiar with PowerPoint and have technical skills.
• You have good communication skills (Danish and English).

To succeed in this role, you should be hands-on, committed to continuous learning, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. You are a team player, have solid organizational skills with analytical capabilities and the ability to meet deadlines.
