We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to significantly accelerate our growth and market penetration within the Swedish Mid-Market segment. The ideal candidate is a true hunter and proactive seller, who thrives on generating their own pipeline and autonomously managing the full sales cycle for high-velocity deals.

You will be joining a sales team responsible for elevating Trustpilot's brand and value proposition across the Swedish business landscape. This is an outbound-focused role where your core responsibility will be expanding our revenue footprint by conducting substantial prospecting, initiating new business conversations, and quickly converting qualified leads into valuable customer partnerships.

What you'll be doing:

Own the entire sales cycle from inception and extensive outbound prospecting through negotiation and closing for the Swedish Mid-Market.Act as a dedicated hunter by conducting high-volume lead generation and prospecting activities daily, utilizing online resources, cold outreach, and business networks.Identify and engage decision-makers across various functions within Mid-Market organizations, clearly articulating Trustpilot's value proposition.Manage your sales process autonomouslyConsistently achieve and exceed demanding monthly/quarterly sales quotas, focusing on new logo acquisition velocity.Maintain accurate and high-quality pipeline management and daily forecasting within Salesforce.Mentor and share successful prospecting techniques with team members, contributing to the overall outbound success of the sales team.


Who you are:

Fluent in Swedish with excellent professional working proficiency in English.Minimum of 3+ years of demonstrable, successful sales experience in a high-activity, quota-carrying B2B SaaS or technology sales environment.A consistent track record of overachieving sales targets (100%+ attainment) and successfully closing high-velocity, recurring revenue deals.Highly resourceful and fully comfortable with a role that is heavily weighted toward outbound prospecting and self-generated pipeline.Skilled in needs qualification, negotiation, and presenting value to business decision-makers.Expert knowledge of the e-commerce, digital marketing, and/or social media landscape is a plus.Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline of Mid-Market deals with short-to-medium sales cycles.A true self-starter with a business-owner mentality and strong ambition for high earnings and career advancement.
