Do you want to be part of a new and atmospheric bar and lounge area at one of Copenhagen's most iconic hotels?Admiral Hotel is looking for a daytime waiter who thrives in a vibrant environment with a focus on attentive service, quality, and genuine hospitality.

About the role:

As a waiter, you will become an important part of our new bar and lounge area. Here, we serve everything from coffee and light lunches to wine, beer, and simple cocktails in relaxed surroundings. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the daily operations during daytime hours and work closely with the rest of the Food & Beverage department and the Events team to ensure the best guest experience.

Your working hours will typically be between 06:00 and 16:00, all days of the week – with work every other weekend.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Daily opening, setup, and operation of the bar.

- Coffee preparation (barista), serving, and guest service.

- Preparation of simple cocktails and serving wine and beer. 

- Serving food and clearing tables.

- Assisting with conference tasks (setup, clearing, welcoming guests).

- Creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere for both hotel guests and locals.

- Have experience as a waiter – preferably with barista experience.

- Have an interest in coffee, simple cocktails, and great hospitality.

- Keep a cool head and a warm heart – even during busy periods.

- Speak fluent English, allowing you to communicate easily with both colleagues and guests.
