Do you want to help set the direction for marketing in an ambitious, tech-driven company? At Serpier, we're looking for a Marketing Manager who can elevate our marketing efforts across digital channels and contribute to our continued international growth. The position requires a strong mix of creativity, structure, and independence along with proven experience in executing effective digital marketing strategies.

About Serpier

Serpier helps marketing agencies, affiliates, and international companies with strategy and execution in link building - a specialized branch of SEO - through our own advanced platform. We are a Danish company with global ambitions. Our goal is to become the leading AI-powered SEO tool that makes link building more efficient, transparent, and intelligent.

Your main responsibilities

·   Structuring marketing initiatives – ensuring that our strategy is translated into concrete, measurable results.

·   Email marketing – developing and executing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

·   Paid ads – setting up and optimizing campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.

·   Content marketing & SEO performance – creating content and strategies that generate organic growth.

·   Innovation & trends – identifying new digital opportunities to keep Serpier ahead of the competition.

Qualifications

·   Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven success across channels.

·   Experience with email marketing, paid ads, and content marketing.

·   A structured and independent approach to projects with attention to both strategy and detail.

·   Ability to think creatively and turn ideas into concrete results.

·   Thrives in an environment that values initiative and ownership.
