Our newsletters reach an international audience, and our database includes millions of subscribed users. Email, therefore, plays a central role in how we engage readers, build long-term relationships, and drive repeat visits and revenue.
The Role
As Senior Email Marketing Specialist, you will have functional ownership of email marketing across markets. You will work with distribution and optimisation of content in email, while the actual content production happens in collaboration with other team members.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and develop the overall email setup – from planning to execution and analysis
Distribute and optimize newsletters with a strong focus on blog and content performance
Build, maintain and optimize automated email flows (onboarding, engagement, retention)
Work data-driven with segmentation, timing, and relevance across markets
Continuously test, analyse and improve performance (open rates, CTR, engagement)
