The Role
You will join a small, highly skilled, and collaborative engineering team of 4 people, where everyone shares ownership. We are ideally looking for a developer who is comfortable across the stack, but if your strengths lean more towards frontend or backend, we still want to hear from you.

You'll work closely with other colleagues, Customer Success, and business stakeholders to build and evolve Digiseg's platforms, including our Insights Platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and innovation.

Our Tech Stack:

Backend: Golang, PostgreSQL, Kafka, OpenAPI
Frontend: TypeScript, React, , Radix UI
DevOps: Kubernetes, managed cloud services, CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications and backend services using our tech stack.
• Collaborate with colleagues on feature design, implementation, and delivery.
• Contribute to architectural decisions ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Build integrations using OpenAPI and data streaming with Kafka.
• Ensure code quality through testing, CI/CD pipelines, and peer reviews.
• Work closely with our Customer Success and business teams to align technical priorities with client needs.
• Support and mentor junior developers when needed.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional software development experience (full stack or backend/frontend with strong ambition to grow full stack).
• Solid knowledge of Golang and/or TypeScript.
• Experience with relational databases (Postgres preferred).
• Familiarity with distributed systems, streaming (Kafka), or cloud-native environments.
• Comfort with Kubernetes and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, ability to work in a small, dynamic team.
• Fluency in English.

Bonus skills:

• UX/UI sensibility and design implementation.
• Experience in ad-tech, data-intensive systems, or real-time applications.
