Our Recurring Revenue team is looking to add a project manager, who can ensure structure, transparency, and progress on our ongoing and upcoming projects. You will work closely with a team of product managers and commercial managers to build and continuously improve products and commercial processes within the strategically important recurring revenue area.

Recurring Revenue is anchored in the commercial organization of 3Shape as a function that works closely with both regional offices and global functions. You are expected to assist us in shaping processes and reach out for involvement where required – in turn, the right candidate will be rewarded with meaningful participation, lots of involvement and significant autonomy to create results.

In this role, you will have contribute to 3Shape's long-term growth by

• Transforming strategy into well-scoped projects with clear goals and deliverables in close collaboration with core stakeholders across global and local teams within Customer Success and Support, IT, Marketing, and Sales.
• Establishing project governance by facilitating and documenting key project events, including kick-offs, workshops, status updates, and project releases.
• Creating awareness of our priorities for the wider organization to secure aligned expectations and progress.
• Working closely with both commercial and technical stakeholders to ensure progress and momentum in the development of scalable infrastructure and business processes.
• Identifying, managing, and highlighting risks to ensure timely resolution of challenges at the right level of the organization.

Your qualifications fit the bill if you have

• 3-5 years of project management experience at the intersection of business and technology, with a commercial focus.
• An ability to structure and communicate complex problems clearly and deliver actionable outcomes.
• Experience working with a large cross-functional stakeholder map and good organizational understanding.
• A bias towards action and looking for solutions, paired with a proactive approach.

You will do great if you also bring

• A good understanding of project management methodologies, particularly Scaled Agile.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro, as well as being a proficient PowerPoint and Excel user.
• A toolbox within communication – being able to write actionable memos, and visualize complex data and processes.
