Position Summary

Vanzbon Group is seeking a 
Corporate Service & Compliance Executive
 to join our Denmark office in Copenhagen.

The role involves supporting company incorporation, statutory filings, and general compliance administration in accordance with Danish corporate regulations.

This position is ideal for professionals with a background in accounting, law, or business administration who are looking to develop within an international corporate services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support company incorporation and registration processes under the 
    Danish Companies Act
  • Prepare and submit statutory filings and updates to relevant authorities such as the 
    Danish Business Authority (Erhvervsstyrelsen)
  • Assist in maintaining corporate records, statutory documents, and client databases
  • Coordinate with clients, accountants, and legal advisors for document verification and submission
  • Support annual updates, compliance reports, and administrative procedures for client companies
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of client projects
  • Contribute to process documentation and operational improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 
    1 year of relevant professional experience
     in corporate services, compliance, or accounting
  • Familiarity with Danish company registration, reporting, and compliance processes
  • Proficiency in 
    English
     is required; fluency in 
    Danish
     is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Legally eligible to work in Denmark
