We're excited to announce a limited number of Management Trainee positions starting in autumn 2026. This program is designed to help you develop yourself and explore your talents in an internationally thriving company.

Visma is a collective of nearly 200 companies spread across 34 countries. Together we're on a mission to improve the work-life of millions of people around the world, by developing and delivering software that simplifies complex processes.

As a Management Trainee, you'll work on five strategic projects across Visma's companies and business areas over one year. You'll have the chance to really contribute to Visma's deliveries and work in various European locations, like Oslo or Amsterdam.

This international program connects you with colleagues from Norway, Sweden, and the Netherlands. Through a shared introductory week in Oslo and joint gatherings at various locations in Europe during the trainee period, you'll get to know each other well.

If we think we are a great match, we'll invite you to an interview at our Visma office in Aarhus or Carlsberg Byen in Copenhagen. You'll also be asked to complete an online ability test and a personality assessment before the interview. The final interview will be partly digital and include a case study.
