The role

AI-Savvy Operations Associate
— someone who thrives on structure, enjoys solving problems, and is naturally curious about how AI can make work simpler, faster, and more human.

You'll be part of the Operations team, the people who make Dripdrop run smoother every day. Your job is to connect people, systems, and data so everything flows — from meetings and projects to automation and improvement.

This isn't a back-office job — it's a learning and doing role, where curiosity turns into impact. You'll work closely with our Head of Operations and collaborate across teams in Sales, Customer Success, and Product.

You'll work from our HQ in Aarhus, with occasional travel opportunities if needed.

You'll be doing

• Support daily operations across departments — helping projects, meetings, and priorities run smoothly
• Manage and update key information in systems like ERP, CRM, and financial tools — keeping things structured and reliable
• Coordinate internal projects — ensuring follow-ups, timelines, and deliverables are clear and completed
• Explore and implement AI tools to automate, analyse, and improve how we work
• Create AI workflows or bots that make small tasks easier (and learn by doing if you don't know how yet)
• Be a go-to person for "how can we do this smarter?" questions

What you bring

• A structured, detail-oriented mindset — you love clarity and tidy workflows
• Curiosity for AI — you've played with tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, or Zapier/Make and know how they can help people work better
• Organizational skills — you keep projects and people on track
• A proactive, humble attitude — you take initiative and enjoy helping others succeed
• Comfort with systems and tools — you don't have to be technical, but you know your way around digital tools and data
• Fluency in English (our company language)
• A desire to grow fast — to learn, build, and make a real difference in how Dripdrop works
