About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Technician to support our Product Development team in the creation and optimization of new products within the Pharma category and Smoke Free Products category. You will play a key role in both lab-scale and full-scale development, ensuring smooth processes and high-quality results. This position involves hands-on work with various applications, including powders and tablets, and requires strong collaboration with Development Scientists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and document trials in the Product Development Laboratory as part of development projects in close collaboration with Development Scientists.

• Operate and maintain equipment in the Product Development Laboratory for product trials, including troubleshooting and process optimization.

• Support full-scale trials related to development projects.

• Share responsibility for maintaining order and structure in the Product Development Laboratory.

• Conduct GMP-compliant production in the Product Development Laboratory in close collaboration with the responsible Scientist.

Your Profile:

• Experience in laboratory work and handling technical equipment, preferable experience with tableting and powderblends.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of GMP standards and process optimization is an advantage.

• Familiarity with powder and tablet applications is a plus.
