With our own banking license, we go head-to-head with traditional banks. We're looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive to grow Lunar's SME customer base. You'll be out in the market every day — meeting decision-makers, building relationships, and winning new business. If you thrive on hunting, closing, and seeing results from your own pipeline, this is the role for you.
As we continue our journey to becoming the best everyday bank in the Nordics, we are looking for a Field Sales Executive to grow our SME customer base so that we can expand our market presence and bring modern, digital-first banking solutions to entrepreneurs and business owners.
As our new Field Sales Executive, you will be part of our high-energy sales team, reporting to the Director of Business Sales.
What will you do?
- Identify, engage, and convert SME prospects through outbound calls, events, and face-to-face meetings.
- Run the full sales cycle — from prospecting to signed agreements.
- Build territory plans and long-term client relationships.
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate forecasting.
- Share insights from the market to help shape Lunar's products.
What are we looking for in you?

- 2+ years of B2B or field sales experience (fintech, SaaS, or SME services a plus).
- Proven track record of hunting and closing deals.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
- Outgoing, ambitious, and resilient — comfortable with travel and in-person engagement.
- Fluent in Danish and English (Nordic languages are a plus).
