emagine is looking for a Senior HCM Implementation Specialist to ensure effective adoption and deployment of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. This position focuses on aligning HR processes with technology and enhancing overall operational efficiency through comprehensive implementation strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review, gather, and document business requirements, functional needs, and system capabilities for the new HCM platform.
  • Analyze and map current HR processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other departments, ensuring alignment on project goals.
  • Support data cleansing, mapping, and migration planning for a seamless platform transition.
  • Collaborate on user impacts and contribute to training and communication plans.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including process designs, user stories, and test cases.
  • Identify and report potential risks and dependencies, recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Define reporting requirements and ensure relevant analytics and dashboards are in place.
  • Plan and support testing activities, including developing test scenarios and validating system outputs.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the Strategy Lead and Project Lead.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in HCM implementation, especially in large-scale projects.
  • Expertise in data cleansing, mapping, and migration planning.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess HR processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for cross-departmental teamwork.
  • Proficiency in preparing and maintaining documentation such as process designs and test cases.
  • Familiarity with project risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with planning and executing test scenarios during implementations.

  • Location: DK – Copenhagen or Aarhus.
  • Work environment: On-site/Off-site based on agreement.
  • Start: ASAP, End date: 6 months with an option to extend.
