What we are looking for in our new Project Execution Senior Project Manager:

• Proven experience in leading large, complex projects—ideally in construction, technical, or infrastructure environments.
• Solid understanding of project execution processes, quality assurance, change management and compliance in large-scale projects.
• Proficient in project planning tools and experienced in managing project dependencies and predecessors.
• Experience with procurement, subcontracting, and financial follow-up is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate interfaces across disciplines.
• Experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), SCADA, automation, or other integrated building solutions is a plus.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, MS Project).
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of large-scale projects, from planning to commissioning.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
• Take ownership of project planning, execution, and financial performance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery.
• Oversee procurement and subcontracting processes.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clear and structured reporting on project status and performance.
• Actively participate in tendering and pre-sales activities.
