About The Role
Comprising KEVIN.MURPHY, KMV, BELLUDIO, BEAUTYSCOPE, and SHOWPONY, we are a global leader in hair care, sold in over 65 countries, with a team of more than 250 passionate professionals.

, and we are looking for a
Part-Time Office Assistant (22.5 hours a week).
You will embody the effective functioning of our
KEVIN.MURPHY
Copenhagen office
, focusing of the following tasks:
- Being the face of the office, including greeting visitors, receiving shipments and packages, answers general questions etc.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to all levels of the organization
- Managing all vendors and partners that are related to the office, including cleaning company, lunch company and update for any changes etc.
- Monthly/bi monthly inventory check in office product stock room. Responsible for creating orders for products and coordinating orders with customer service.
- Making sure the office is presentable, including watering plants, deciding with products to display, remove items like cardboard, etc.
- Organize company lunch - including being point of contact for the lunch company, collecting number of attendees and organizing lunch-team-schedule.
- Ordering and maintaining needed inventory of office supplies and arranges for equipment maintenance.
- Responsible for preparing outgoing mail and packages
- Administrative support at company events or internal staff events
- Ad hoc tasks assigned to you
Your background:
- 1- 4 years – or more of administrative/secretarial experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Ability to handle multiple projects or tasks while effectively prioritizing to meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English is required
- Understanding of Danish is a plus
