You will join a main supplier of premium diagnostic audiological equipment used every day in hearing clinics and hospitals around the world. We are looking for a Project Lead who will ensure progress and alignment of design changes that involve functions outside our InMarket Product Support Team. The position works out of Middelfart (DK).

Our mission is to ensure continued customer satisfaction by maintaining high product quality throughout the entire lifecycle – after the product has been launched.

Where your coordination skills make a real-world difference
As the Change Control Project Lead in the InMarket Product Support team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating design changes across disciplines, ensuring smooth communication and alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders. Your role is pivotal in maintaining product quality and compliance throughout the product lifecycle, while enabling efficient execution of updates and improvements.

Main tasks & Responsibilities

•    Act as the interface between InMarket Product Support team and critical internal functions such as firmware and software teams.

•    Coordinate and conduct CAPA activities and design changes across mechanical, electronic, and software domains.

•    Ensure regulatory compliance with ISO 13485, MDR, FDA, and applicable laws when implementing design changes.

•    Facilitate communication flow between InMarket Product Support, legal manufacturers, and internal functions.

•    Support the Head of InMarket Product Support in prioritizing activities and escalating resource needs to R&D when necessary.

•    Ensure coordination of changes that involve multiple disciplines and require cross-functional collaboration.

•    Collaborate closely with Mechanical and Electronic Engineers to ensure timely and compliant implementation of design changes.

It is essential that you can work effectively across teams and cultures in an international context. Experience coordinating projects across time zones and ensuring smooth processes in global organizations is a clear advantage.

You are a driven Project Lead with solid engineering capabilities

We imagine that you:

•    Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field.

•    Have experience in medical device development, quality assurance, or product lifecycle management.

•    Obtain a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks (ISO 13485, MDR, FDA).

•    Utilize effective organizational and communication skills.

•    Have solid experience in managing cross-functional projects and coordinating between diverse teams.

•    Have solid experience with problem-solving

•    Easily adjust to changing plans and priorities when circumstances change

•    Have experience with change control processes and CAPA management

•    Are fluent in English written/verbal
