In our optimized CIP Platform, CIP Fund Solutions – a platform delivery company providing complex fund management and investment services – is currently looking for a Data Steward to join our Data & Analytics team in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The team

The Data & Analytics team in CIP FS is an innovative and specialized group focused on delivering scalable digital solutions and advisory services that support growth across the CIP platform companies. The team includes specialists in master data management, data engineering, and business intelligence.

The role
As our new Data Steward, you will take responsibility for our investment master data, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business processes. You will play a key role in optimizing how investment master data supports operational efficiency and decision-making across departments.

You will collaborate closely with data owners and business units to document new master data requirements, follow up on data quality, and contribute to a robust and scalable master data setup. Your initiative and structured approach will help ensure that CIP's investment master data is recognized as a key asset.

Responsibilities will further consist of but are not limited to:

• Stewardship responsibilities in the handling of investment master data across systems and domains

• Assisting in optimizing business processes that rely on master data

• Documenting and following up on new master data requirements in collaboration with stakeholders

• Reporting to data owners on the data quality of their respective areas

• Contributing to a scalable and maintainable master data setup

• Supporting the implementation of data governance practices to ensure consistency and reliability

You
We are looking for candidates with 2+ years of experience in a similar role, within a data-driven or digital organization and with an educational background in e.g., data science, analytics, information systems, or a related field.

We look for the following in a candidate:

• Structured and thorough, ensuring key data elements are complete and reliable

• Motivated to contribute to a reliable master data setup

• Proactive and outgoing, with a collaborative mindset

• Detail-oriented and structured work style

• Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders

• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
