Som Credit & KYC Sales Coordinator hos Ayvens bliver du en vigtig del af vores salgsafdeling, hvor du får ansvaret for at støtte den kommercielle side af forretningen med kreditansøgninger til vores interne kreditafdeling og understøtte KYC-procedurer i samarbejde med vores dedikerede Service Center.
Du spiller en central støtterolle i KYC-processen i salgsafdelingen og har en koordinerende rolle i at sikre rettidig betaling fra vores større kunder i samarbejde med vores salgsafdeling og debitorafdeling. Dine "kunder" er dine kolleger i salgsafdelingen, som du assisterer ved at levere grundige, rettidige og velbegrundede kreditindstillinger.
Dine Ansvarsområder Inkluderer
- Forberedelse og indsendelse af kreditansøgninger til den interne kreditafdeling
- Sikre, at ansøgninger foretages inden for korrekt framework og på rette tidspunkt i tæt dialog med salgsafdelingen.
- Vurdering og analyse af BtB-kunders årsrapporter og finansielle nøgletal
- Bidrage til at opretholde høj kreditkvalitet i sagsbehandlingen
- Støtte KYC-processen (Know Your Customer) inklusiv nødvendig kundekontakt ang. dokumentation
- Koordinering mellem salgsorganisationen og debitorbogholderiet
- Samarbejde med kolleger på tværs af afdelinger for at sikre smidige proces kredit- og KYC-processer
Når du og dit team er oppe at køre, vil jeres indsats bidrage til at sikre høj kvalitet i kredit- og KYC-processerne for vores BtB-kunder og sikre, at processerne gennemføres korrekt og rettidigt i tæt samarbejde med vores salgsorganisation.
Hvem søger vi?
Den ideelle kandidat har solid erfaring med finansiel analyse og kreditvurdering af BtB-kunder, gerne med en relevant uddannelsesmæssig baggrund inden for finans, økonomi eller tilsvarende. Du er tryg ved at navigere i IT- og digitale systemer til at understøtte dine daglige opgaver. Fremragende samarbejdsevner og klar kommunikation med interne interessenter er afgørende for din succes i denne rolle.
