ERP Finance Functional Consultant, Digital, Data

We are looking for an ERP Finance Functional consultant who will enable the organizational growth and digitalization of ERP finance solutions in GN.

Over the past 2 years we have implemented D365FO as our new cloud-based ERP platform in two of our business domains. With this implementation we will work towards one common ERP platform across GN.

The team you will be part of

At our global HQ located in Ballerup, Denmark, you will report to Heidi Bagh Head of D365FO Solutions and join our cross-functional and international ERP Finance team consisting of Functional Consultants, Architects and Delivery Leads within our global Digital, Data & IT (DDI) function.

The team is overall responsible for designing and ensuring finance automation solutions enabling the end users to work in most optimal way in our ERP solution. We are developing the GN ERP Finance expert team to secure continuous improvement, integrate new sites, and support Group Finance to harvest the benefits of new technologies.

Your contribution is appreciated, and together with your colleagues you will

• Design and implement effective solutions by translating business process requirements into innovative and most efficient solutions
• As technical SME you challenge and refine business requirements to align with standard ERP processes and when needed make functional design documents
• Contribute to D365FO Finance processes and change management initiatives ensuring effective implementation and user adoption
• Support documentation, testing and training for D365FO super users
• Ability to collaborate closely with colleagues in business Finance and DDI across the world

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you

• A higher education in business management, administration, finance, technology, or a related field
• A few years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or controlling—either in-house or within a consultancy focused on the Microsoft Dynamics ERP platform. Recent graduates with an interest in Finance and IT are also welcome
• A genuine interest in learning how to apply business processes within D365FO
• The ability to handle data and Excel analyses
• A focused and detail-oriented mindset, with a commitment to seeing tasks through from start to finish in collaboration with colleagues
• Experience with Accounts Payable process, Readsoft and ExFlow, particularly in automating invoice workflows and integrating financial processes within D365FO
• The ability to communicate fluently in written and spoken English and Danish
