The Job

You will play a pivotal role from day one, acting as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the CEO and Leadership Team. As Finance Business Partner, you will combine financial expertise with business acumen to shape Cellerator's financial strategy, support decision-making, and drive operational excellence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Advising the CEO and Leadership Team on financial implications of business strategies, investments, and operational decisions.
• Owning budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning processes.
• Preparing and presenting financial analyses, key figures, and business cases to management and the board.
• Overseeing accurate and timely financial reporting and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal controls.
• Driving automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement in financial processes.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, translating financial data into actionable business insights.
• Leading and developing the finance team, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
• Supporting production economics, cost controlling, and investment decisions.
• Providing ad hoc support across group functions as needed.

About You

You are a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a structured approach to your work. Your colleagues value your excellent stakeholder management skills and your ability to create both results and positive relationships. You are proactive, resilient, and thrive in a changing environment.

We imagine you have:

• A relevant degree (e.g., MSc in Economics and Business Administration, HD(R), CMA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a production, CDMO, or life sciences environment.
• Strong competencies in accounting, controlling, and financial leadership.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial management tools (e.g., SAP, Business Central).
• Advanced analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• A collaborative, inclusive, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluency in English (Danish is an advantage).
