The team
You will join our dynamic Commercial Insights team in the Private Customers area, transforming data into actionable strategies that fuel business growth and deliver personalised customer experiences. Your Role And Responsibilities
As Chief Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in our Forward '28 strategy, empowering 2.2 million customers across the Nordics. Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, you'll shape data-driven decisions and ensure insights are translated into impactful actions. This means:

  • Leading the implementation of cutting-edge marketing technology within analytics and insights
  • Transforming proactive customer engagement and marketing campaigns through actionable insights
  • Bridging business objectives and customer journey analytics, turning data into proactive strategies
  • Translating complex marketing technology into compelling narratives for marketing and sales teams to unlock growth opportunities

Your profile
We are seeking an individual who has a strong background in marketing technology, analytics, and driving transformation. You should possess strong analytical capabilities and be a confident communicator who builds trust and inspires across teams and stakeholders. Your qualifications are:

  • Experience with marketing technology and enablement (e.g. Adobe, Salesforce), insights tools (e.g. Tableau / Power BI), CRM (e.g. Dynamics, Salesforce, Databricks), digital analytics (e.g. GA4, Adobe) or similar tools
  • Experience with driving transformation, for example within the area of personalisation, digital marketing or customer journey analytics
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical thinking with a deep understanding of business challenges able to generate analytics and solutions
  • Proactive and energetic in project management, with strong problem-solving skills
