Digital Product Owner

For our global HQ in the Copenhagen area, we are hiring a Digital Product Owner who enjoys working in an agile, fast-paced global environment to be part of the global OneXP Team working on taking our B2B eCommerce ShopXP platform to the next level. As a person you are passionate about developing great products and have business value and user experience top of mind.

What you will do

• Work to continuously improve our global B2B Shop XP customer-facing solution
• Build up new global eCommerce systems
• Have a strong focus on customer centricity, personalization and know how to evaluate user value
• Translate user requirements into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for new products and/or feature development for IT developers to efficiently architect and deliver solutions
• Ensure solution's consistency meet standards and policies such as design guidelines, compliance, key performance metrics
• Own the product backlog, coordinate releases, and ensure value driven prioritization of the backlog
• Set sprint goals - coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups together with Delivery team and Engineer Manager to ensure smooth operation, removing blockers and solving dependencies
• Monitor success metrics to ensure the product is meeting the business KPI's
• Represent the business towards IT and collaborate with our external and internal partners, Digital Marketing, UX , Analytics, IT, ERP and commercial systems to ensure solutions are delivered in the highest quality and in a timely manner.

What you bring

Experience

• You have 3+ years of Product Owner experience working with enterprise platform development
• Strong experience in eCommerce development and website personalization
• Degree within marketing/communication, digital innovation, IT, e-business or similar
• Strong knowledge of digital products across web and mobile
• Knows how to develop digital products with agile methods
• Extensive experience with multiple stakeholder management within business teams, IT and external vendors achieving product objectives within agreed timeline.
