What you'll do

As a Senior Art Director you'll join 40+ creatives in the Concept & Campaign team in Our LEGO Agency. You'll take a lead role in shaping integrated advertising campaigns from first idea to final execution. You will:

  • Crack briefs with bold concepts across all forms of media
  • Present ideas and visual direction to partners and stakeholders
  • Drive campaign work end-to-end from concept development to final assets
  • Ensure visual excellence through production with clear direction and constructive feedback
  • Collaborate across Our LEGO Agency to deliver on campaign milestones
  • Inspire the team with strong creative vision and trusted relationships

What you bring

  • Proven experience in campaign and concept development, preferably from within the advertising sector
  • A strong creative and strategic mind with a keen eye for detail and craft
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and confidence directing others in visual style
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English

This Senior Art Director cover role is based in Billund, Denmark. We work best of both which is 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Don't forget to include your portfolio when applying

This role is at Lead Professional level at the level group. There is no relocation support for this opportunity.
