About the Role and the Team:
As a Cabin Manager, you will be one of the first-line leaders supporting and guiding our Cabin Crew. Reporting to the Head of Cabin Crew, you will be part of a team of six Cabin Crew Managers (including you) at the Copenhagen base, working closely with colleagues across Scandinavia in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Your mission is to lead and inspire our crew while ensuring operational excellence and safety. You will act as a vital link between corporate and operational teams, driving alignment and effective execution. In this role, you will help strengthen our culture by role-modelling and reinforcing our core values: Inspiration, Collaboration, Accountability, Recognition, and Execution.
Challenges you will work with:- Lead and support our cabin crew, even from a distance, making sure everyone feels engaged, motivated, and ready to deliver great service at the Copenhagen base.
- Help create a great work environment, take part in initiatives that boost well-being and keep our culture positive and supportive.
- Work closely with other teams like Planning, Commercial, and People, to keep our daily operation running smoothly.
- Translate strategic goals into clear standards and procedures, helping the team stay focused and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
- Monitor and follow up absence, customer feedback, and engagement plans, and take part in the "jour-phone" rotation.
- Build trust and team spirit, give recognition, cheer people on, and encourage a "can-do" attitude that helps us go the extra mile for our customers
- Leadership qualities that bring people together create enthusiasm and encourage teamwork.
- Great communication skills and the ability to inspire, guide, and engage your crew.
- Supportive, and adaptable attitude, the ability to help the team in a fast-changing environment.
- Competency to work in a high-paced setting and the ability to face the changes with excitement rather than frustration
- Experience in aviation and crew leadership is a big plus.
- Fluent in English, and able to communicate in a Scandinavian language.
