We're looking for a Shop Coordinator who is excited to take ownership of daily shop operations and ensure everything runs flawlessly. WHAT YOU WILL DO

As part of the Booztlet team, you'll have end-to-end responsibility for maintaining and coordinating the shop experience at Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing and maintaining shop features across the site (navigation, categories, filters, etc.)

Ensuring smooth quality control across all shop functionalities

Executing and developing our visual merchandising strategy to drive sales and engagement

Supporting and driving shop-related projects (e.g., filter optimization, usability improvements)

A/B test roadmap execution by setting up, monitoring, and evaluating A/B tests

Every improvement you manage will directly influence how our customers experience our store—and how we grow as a business.

YOUR PROFILE

We're looking for a curious, commercially driven problem-solver with a proactive mindset. You take ownership, love learning new things, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

To succeed in this role, we imagine you bring:

A degree in Marketing and/or E-commerce or a related field

2+ years of proven experience within e-commerce

Proficiency with tools such as VWO, GA4, and/or Contentsquare

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into results

Fluency in English (our corporate language)

PRACTICAL DETAILS
Location: From Q1 2026, based at our new HQ in Copenhagen (Kalvebod Brygge 1, 1560 København). Until then, work will be split between our smaller Copenhagen office and our current HQ in Malmö (just a 30-minute commute from Copenhagen).
