Most of your day will be extracting great insights from data and working on setting the direction and strategy for our clients, but you'll also be a hybrid unicorn, ensuring that the technical part of the data projects matches what is needed to drive value from a business perspective.

Life as a Web Analytics / Digital Consultant

Working as a web analytics / digital consultant at Accrease you'll be utilizing your abilities to find hidden gems in our client's datasets and communicate these through data storytelling. Hidden gems, that once actioned will improve the experience for the customers of our clients. We believe that to be a great analyst – it's key that you're motivated by understanding the data foundation and the definitions behind it. Your day-to-day work will be focused on driving business value, while also bridging the gap between the technical implementation and understanding how the setup is resulting in a killer data foundation that can be used for analysis.

We utilize Adobe technologies to unlock the digital potential of our clients. As a web analytics / digital consultant you'll be working in Adobe Analytics. However - you don't have to be an Adobe pro to join Accrease - we will make you one. The key thing is that data-driven marketing is your passion and that you have the right mindset towards our clients.

Key factors:

• Data Analysis: Deliver insights to optimize marketing activities and the digital user journey using Adobe Analytics
  
• Conversion rate optimization: Responsible for driving Growth Hacking processes from A-Z using Adobe Target with support from other specialists
  
• Visualization: Create and automate reports/dashboards to measure and visualize KPIs for the business in Adobe Analytics Workspace.
  
• Driving our clients forward: Contribute to the development of the strategic direction for the web analyst area at Accrease.
  
• Documentation: Support clients in capturing and structuring their requirements and ensure these are properly addressed and fulfilled during the implementation of the tool.

Your profile

You are a curious, ambitious, and self-driven specialist who thrives in delivering as a team and as an individual. You see opportunities and solutions rather than limitations.

We expect that you:

• Have a minimum of two years of experience with web analytics or a similar role
  
• Data-driven marketing is your passion
• You're ambitious and want to be among the best
• Being a trusted advisor is a desire of yours
• Can present and explain complex datasets in a way that is easy to understand
• Have a strong analytical mindset and understanding of digital marketing
• Have general technical knowledge of how digital data is collected

It is a benefit but not required if you:

• Have experience with Adobe Analytics
• Have experience with CRO tools like VWO, Google Optimize or Adobe Target
• Experience with app-tracking, e.g. Analytics for Firebase
