Hands-on experience with Cerillion (CRM, Billing, incidents)Knowledge to system supporting and scripting Hands-on with incident management Data mining as of logsevents Understanding of Telecom BSSOSS concepts such as Order Management and Customer management Proficiency in SQL, PlSQL, Java, Oracle andor XML Ability to perform system configuration, testing and defect resolution
Nice to have Skill SetKnowledge of ITIL frameworkSupport and knowledge of AnsibleTelecom domain knowledge Workflow configuration is ServiceNowExperience level
Education1-3 years of experience with supporting Cerillion system
3-5 years of experience with development and implementation
Bachelors degree masterTraining or certifications in Cerillion
Roles and responsibilities :Participate in daily operation (Incidents, troubleshooting, processing data)Participate in projects and participate in developmentPrepare process documentation and support hand over from Dev, to test to Operations
