An exciting opportunity has arisen for Talent Acquisition and Learning Intern to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office in Copenhagen, Denmark.

This is what you will do

As a Talent Acquisition & Learning Intern, you will work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager and the rest of the HR team, supporting the recruitment process for our Graduate Program 2026 intake. You will also assist with e-learning initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in learning solutions and training processes.

During this internship, you will learn how to use recruitment tools, apply effective sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and conduct interviews with early talent from across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in international recruitment and learning processes within a global organisation, while developing skills that will set you up for a successful career in HR and Talent Acquisition.

Primary areas of responsibility:

  • Assist in the end-to-end selection process for the Global Graduate Program.
  • Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews.
  • Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across regions.
  • Assist the Global Talent Acquisition Manager with the 2nd Interviews.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support in Employer Branding initiatives to promote the Global Graduate Program.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to source candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Collaborate with business units to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
  • Assist in creating and managing e-learning content.
  • Support global learning initiatives and help maintain learning platforms.
