In our HQ in Humlebæk, we've gathered our marketing automation efforts into a newly formed team, currently consisting of three product owners, two solution architects as well as a development team located in our Business Centre in Poland.

While we are a small team, we work closely with process owners, external developers and other talented colleagues across Coloplast. 

Currently, we are revisiting processes and the governance to make our marketing automation solutions more scalable. At the same time we have recently expanded our setup to not only include communication towards consumers but also towards health care professionals. So, now is time to join us on this exiting journey.

Design and build new marketing automation solutions

You will be responsible for driving the process from requests from the business to the actual deliverable. This includes being the main point of contact for the business, scoping the technical concept, ensuring necessary integrations and platform enhancements and supporting during the actual development of the flows.   

Your responsibility will be

• Solution Development: Lead from business requests to deliverables, including scoping, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Business Needs Analysis: Identify and translate business and partner needs into solution requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing developers, IT, and business teams to define and develop solutions.
• Project Management: Manage development projects across IT and development teams.
• Implementation: Oversee the implementation of new solutions in marketing automation systems.
• Advisory Role: Serve as a trusted advisor on marketing automation, conducting workshops and training sessions.

Marketing automation expert with strong project management skills

You are keen on the opportunity to build global, scalable and solid solutions, and you know that it requires the ability to focus on the larger picture as well as the details. 

Stakeholder management is one of your strong suits, and you know how to develop relations that enable you to dive into detailed discussions with colleagues near and far. 

You are also ready to work in an agile environment and you are strong on enforcing structure and processes. As a senior product owner you work independently and you are able to foster a collaborative work environment. 

Apart from that, we imagine that you have:

• Experience using marketing automation tools – preferably Eloqua and it is a plus if you are familiar with Salesforce
• Solid technical experience
• Excellent communication skills and are fluent in English
• Experience working with agile development
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and SQL is considered an asset
